The Literature Circle Process
The students have chosen their literature circle groups based on their interest level for each of the novels available in the dystopian fiction unit. Each week, lit. circles meet and discuss the book while maintaining accountability . Students use the lit. circle role calendar to keep track of their individual responsibilities each week. Groups set goals for the amount of reading that they will complete between each meeting of the group. Below, you can find all of the roles that groups are currently using to explore their novels and discuss the themes in their novels.
